Hello...I have a problem with certain keys, they are not displaying correctly. My quotation mark is showing (?), my apostrophe (?); less than sign ('); more than sign ("); question key (?) and my backslash (?)...what do I do to change this...thank you.

I have the same problem.

Try changing the language from English(US) to English(UK)
The Yanks have not only a different language - but also a different keyboard layout to us Brits :-)
