You likely have a broken spider arm. This is a three spoked piece that connects the spin basket to the spindle. It is an extensive repair. You would likely need to nearly disassemble the entire machine. It is do-able and rewarding.
The good news is the part is covered for 10 years, so, unless your machine is older, tthe part can be replaced for free, however, Whirlpool will only send it to a licensed repairman. I found one that would accept it for me, and I did it myself.

How do I get to the drum which seems jammed?

The drum is driven by a belt, you need to open the back and the bottom cover and see if the motor driving the drum is not frozen.

The dryer seems to be off its track. It won't

Not necessarily replace the whole unit. You may just need to replace the cushion between the front of the drum and the front panel of the dryer.

Washing machine problem

That means that there is either a problem with the belt, or with the drum bearings.

The machine should be inspected by a technician.

If you want to get repairs for your appliance you can call the number listed on the owner manual.

My Hotpoint Aquarius WF210 washing machine drum is not rotating

I think the belt has come off or has been damaged.

To open the machine slide out the machine. On the back panel lower 1/3 you will see a plastic panel remove the screws and the panel will come away. Inside you will see the belt. I suspect you will need to reattach the belt of remove it and buy a replacement.
