Clothes wont dry but gets really hot

hi i recently purchashed a washer dryer the aquarius it all works fine but it never dries the clothes propley it gets really hot but when i open the door its like a steam room and the clothes are hot but damp please help My washer dryer wd440 washes well but not drying properrly even though I dryed it one hour. cold water hose is fine but I think the condenser not working. How can I check that

make sure your exhaust line is clear and not kinked
