My Epson Artisan 835 paper cassette is not set correctly. Details are to follow.

There is a switch that senses when the paper cassette is installed correctly. The switch may have failed in some way that prevents it from closing. You may have to replace the switch to get the machine working again.

It is still paper jam. we alreay clean everything

If you have already removed the paper from the printer, and there is no longer any jammed paper in the machinery, try turning the printer off for 10-15 seconds and then turning it back on.

Says it has a paper jam but there is no paper in it!!!!

Often there is a small piece of torn paper in the vicinity of the paper sensing switch lever.

OR the switch lever has been damaged by forcibly removing a paper jam.

You should open the printer and inspect the paper path for these problems.

Problem shows that it's paper jam but there's no paper inside the printer & its rollers.

On HP printers, there is small switches that sense where the paper is situated in the printer. One of these switches is most likely not completely back to it's upright position. This happens sometimes when the coating on the paper rubs off and builds up on the switches. Try opening the covers on your printer one by one, and reach inside for these switches. if you run your hand over these switches several times, you can usually get them to work right again.

Hp 4700n

Have you would try a different paper cassette.
Usually that clunking noise is associated with gears not mashing.
Is the lifter lifting the platform or not?
There might be something above the paper tray, maybe even the paper input assembly preventing the paper platform from reaching the top.
Check these and let me know what happens.

Paper feed

sounds like print head is not engaging home switch or sensor. open the printer and look for any such switch to sense print head at home position.

Printer says out of paper when it isn't.

There should be a paper sensor somewhere either to sense paper in the holder, or to sense as a sheet is pulled into the printer. It is likely there is a plastic finger which contacts the paper, and the other end of this finger either actuates a switch or an optical sensor. Sometimes this finger can get broken, and thus the printer gives a false paper-out error. This sensor & finger may not be visible without removing covers, partial disassembly.
