Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
You have what is called the "blue screen of death", what this is caused by is a catastrophic failure of the operating system software in the computer. When you bought the computer you were either provided with a set of recovery disks to reload the operating system or prompted to make them from files in the system already. You must reload the operating system to correct this, there is just no other easy way around this. If you con;t have the recovery disk set contact the parts dept for the maker of the computer to order them, they are fairly cheap.
