Your washer needs to be serviced by a professional. That error code means there is a communication error between the Control Unit and the EEPROM; the CCU needs to be replaced. Check to see if your product is still under warranty.

ck fill hoses be sure they are full on ..ck inlet screens both hoses for trash..both hoses must be attached and on f20 indicates a water fill issue also be sure drain hose is at least 30-36 inches from floor and drain hose fits loosely in standpipe

I have a F01 error message on my Kenmore He2t washer. I tried to add clothes to a wash and restart and continue to get the message. Please help
