I don't know what the question is but:

1.) Get the 50mm 1.4, instead of that one.
2.) Yes, it will confirm focus on most cameras. But you will have to manually do it.
3.) Yes, it has adapters for Canon and Nikon.

D3100 DOESN'T RECONIZE NEW AF-S 50MM 1.8G LENS

There are a series of small brass "buttons" on the outside bottom of the lens where contact is established. If a new lens, there may be some dirt or grease on them preventing contack. Wipe lens and camera buttons carefully with a lent free cloth and retry. Then it is time to go back to the seller.

As the name states, this is a manual focus lens. As such, it does not have autofocus capabilities.

Fix aperture zeiss pancolar 50mmF1.8 Zebra

  • Aperture problems on this lens are normally caused by grease on the diaphragm blades. The only solution is to dismantle from the back. When the iris is exposed wipe over with lint free cloth or cotton buds with a small drop of solvent such as lightr fuel or meths. Wipe over with a dry cloth afterwards. Get used to how to dismantle and reassemble the lens, you might have to do this more than once.

Hello, I have a Zeiss Pancolour lens 1.8/50mm which has become stiff to turn when adjusting the focal distance. I suppose the original lubrication has become rather old! Please is there a simple solution...

Please take your lens to a certified dealer. They can take it apart in a clean environment. You should not try to clean / relubricate it at home, as this will most possibly do permanent damage to your lens.

Can i strip and clean the inside of my Cannon ef 50 mm 1:1.8 ii

You can. But do you have a lens collimator and other equipment needed to ensure proper alignment when you put it back together again? Without such gear, the resulting pictures will probably be worse than they are now.

Will it fit nikon d300

No it will not. You have to get only lens that have the right mount for Nikon. This one probably does not have, Unless it's designed especialy for Nikon, which I doubt.

I have a tasco 2x7x32mm which has fogged up, It is to have a lifetime warranty and am looking for information on getting it repaired?

Can you unscrew or detach the front lens? You should be able to do this.

Get some eyeglass Zeiss cleaning tissues from Wal Mart, and clean it, very gently. Brush it off first with a clean camel hair brush.

If it is fogged BETWEEN the lens then it must go back to Tasco.

This is a VERY small diameter telescope. The same size as a pair of 10x50mm binoculars. You would have a better view of the sky with the binoculars.

There's fungus inside the rear element - how do I remove the glass to get at it?

Any way you want.
The problem with fungus is that it etches the glass, which then has to be replaced. Unless you can find a stockpile of Contax 50mm f/1.7 Planar T* lenses for a replacement part, you'll have to buy another lens.

Let alone the recalibrating after replacing the lens element.

Sorry about that.

Fd 50mm 1:1.8 s.c. Dirt on inner surface of inner-most lens element

You can clean this off by opening the camera and GENTLY blowing it out with canned air. DO NOT tilt the can. The moisture will damage your lenses.
