SOURCE: After a bad accident my L32w961 screen was

1. Not very difficult, just a lot of screws to take out and some cables to unplug.
2. Around $200, depending on the shipping charges the dealer will ask. Basically it means that it will be cheaper in the end to just buy a new tv.
3. Only from your local dealer: AOC uses chinese manufactured part and no one else has them.
A cheaper and simpler solution would be to find a defective tv with a good screen panel at an online site or a repair shop and buy it for parts - it shouldn't cost you more than $100.

Sound goes up all the way and no controll

Remote Control volume UP could be sticking inside the remote itself. Remove batteries and manually turn TV on and see if sound works ok.

AOC monitor black screen how do I fix it?

I have a couple AOC i2353ph monitors. One day, one of them booted up with a single vertical white line moving slowly back and forth across the screen that kind of looked like a scan or radar. Once I reset the monitor from the OSD it went way. Use "Extra > Reset" from the monitor menu.

Picture screen went blank

This might be a high voltage power supply problem that powers the screen illumination. Take it to a repair store.

Volume at max and won't go down

This sounds like a common problem on these TVs. Try a factory reset:

1. Press and hold "Menu" and "Channel+" on the TV. (do not use the remote)
2. Using the other hand, press the Power button.
3. A small screen should appear in the top left part of the screen.
4. Using the remote, select "Memory Recall" and Enter.
5. Power off and reboot the TV and Computer.
6. Run channel auto-scan to regain the picture.

New AOC monitor. No sound . when i insert dvd which was in the package it just promotes AOC products

Did you plug the sound sable into the audio out port on your computer?
The VGA and DVI monitor cable/plugs do not have sound capability so if there are speakers on your monitor they need to get the sound signal through a separate wire.
HDMI can send sound so if your monitor is hooked up via HDMI it should be able to pass sound as well (at least in most circumstances).
