No sound, its turn up to 100 on monitor ,and 100 on volume mixer

First we need to find out if the problem is in the monitor or in the PC sound card.
Feed the monitor with audio source such as MP3 player, if you do get sound, the you need to check out the PC SOUND card.
If you do not get sound with MP3, then you will need to open it up and do some voltages checking around the amplifiers sections.
It may not be worth to have to sound repair by the shop since the money you will be spending will be better used to buy a set of good powered PC SPEAKERS systems.

How can I download free audio driver for microtek c593? Please help me, thanks.

Monitor does not need sound driver, just think of it as nothing more than powered PC speakers mounted inside monitor case. You need correct sound card driver in the PC to get sound.
Testing monitor speakers: use an MP3 player to feed to monitor audio line input (Green jack) using audio cable with mini stereo male phone jack at both ends (try Radio Shack) , set the volume on the monitor half way. If you get the sound OK, then the problem is in the PC setup.

No sound

Hi there,
Firstly make sure that you :
  • Check the audio cable connector. (Connect the audio cable to the sound card of your computer.)
  • Make sure the computer sound program is working.
  • Change the volume on sound setting. Adjust your sound card or computer volume setting.
if all the issues above have been checked and still not produce sound, then maybe you need a User's Guide.
here I included the User's guide download Link (PDF):

You can ask me for more assist, and I'll be glad to help you more.

Lost sound device

Hello.....
1 - r u facing NO Audio/Sound issue...?
2 - is ur Volume Control not responding ?
3 - is ur Sound and Audio Device in Control Panel Grayed out ?
4 - Do u get a msg "No Active Mixer Devices Installed....when u try to open Volume Ctrl etc etc ?

if ur ans to any one of them is Yes...then u are being spammed by Microsoft....ur Sound Control IRQ is being frozen by a recent update from Microsoft....and no file update or any sound driver update can fix it, neither Microsoft is issuing any patch to fix it….
Full solution is available in my website (Support page)...it's quite simple process to fix it, and I am not charging any money, just trying to do some service.

How can i find the sound card manufacturer name ?

Please try to check your audio by right click (mouse) My Computer icon (on the desktop screen) > click Properties > select Hardware tab above > click Device Manager tab > click +Sound, Video & Game Controllers > double click your selected Audio Controller device- wherein you can see if the device status is working properly as well as if the Device Usage is Enabled, if not click Troubleshoot tab.

Or you can also check your Sound / Control device thru Start > Contol Panel > Sounds, Speech & Audio Devices > Sound & Audio Devices - wherein you can adjust the volume & test your sound. best regards

goto control panel and click on "add hardware", let the computer search for the sound device.

If after the search it cannot find it then the sound card is probably faulty.

No sound out of monitor speakers

Is there actually any unknown devices in the device`manager?

Are your monitor speakers USB or do they plug into the audio out jack of your sound card or motherboard???

If they plug into the sound jack, then test the sound output with a pair of headphones.

Hope this helps you narrow it down. Please reply back if you need further help
