Download the latest iTunes to your computer and reset the iPhone. Then re-sync it.
To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black, but do not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.

I've made a full instruction on how to make your iPhone working again.
Click here for the step by step instruction.
Take note that this process will wipe all data in your iPhone, including the jailbreak and unlock, in case your iPhone is jailbroken/unlocked.

Download and install iTunes if it isn't currently installed on your computer. You can download the program for free from the iTunes website
Connect the provided USB cable to the bottom of the iPhone, then insert the other end of the cable into an available USB port on the computer.
Wait a moment for the computer to detect the iPhone. Once it does, iTunes launches automatically.
Allow iTunes to sync with the iPhone. Once it does, you can adjust, add or remove content to your phone.
