Hi. You surely know there has volume up key. If you turn it to maximum volume and still cant hear clearly, you may turn on hands free mode. There has an extreme way to do it under engineering mode, but wrong operation may brick your phone. So, if options above cant solve your problem, you'd better ask help from after-sale service. Good luck.
It could be a speaker issue. Try using you phone on speaker phone, or ear buds with with built in MIC or blue tooth headset. If it works with these options then its an issue with the speaker. If it doesnt work even with other options then its a more serious issue
Hi, When you make calls and you people hardly you, It means that the earpiece which allows you to hear people that is located at the top of the phone if faulty and needs to be replaced with another one.
Yes you are very correct. Its a earpiece problem. I use to have a Sony Ericsson K750i and the earpiece is not loud at all, so when I changed the earpiece, it began to work perfectly again. So I'll support or advice that you change the earpiece.
first try to clean the two microphone holes with a thombnail / if you can open the phone and clean it if you cant just clean it from outside
if you still have the same problem call your provider and let them refresh your account
