Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Click the start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open go to " start up" tab and un-check the program with name "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. If this doesn't work you can easily undo this : Type msconfig, go to "startup" and recheck the tabs and hit "apply"

It may well be that you have a popup-blocker active that prevents the addresses window from showing up. DIsable popup blocking for the Yahoo site may overcome this issue. Regards -- Joe
