Can they hear you? If they can it probably your speaker on the ear piece. A new one can be purchased or you can get a bluetooth headphone. My brother never puts the phone to his head.

I had a similar problem....it was usually after I unplugged the headphones....the phone thought they were still attached, therefore, nothing came over the speaker......try plugging in the headphones, then unplugging...that worked for me.

ok when your on the call press the button at the side by the memory card slot (make sure you press the top half of the button) and that turns the volume up (its still pretty quiet though tbh)

I got this off a video on youtube which shows you how to do stuff with you phone.

If you look in the bottom of the phone (where the charger plugs in) you will most likely see that at least 2 of the far right pins are bent over or bent to the side. This happened on my wifes phone. I found that if I took the data cable and plugged it into the phone on one end and nothing on the other, it would work. She is taking it to get a warranty replacement tomorrow.
When you plug the data cable in, you should here all of your normal sounds etc. It might trigger the voice command thing, but it usually only does it once.
