Question about Philips Televison & Video
1) Replace the batteries.
2) If that doesn't work, it's probably been dropped too many times or something spilled on it. Just replace it. They actually sell Universal Remotes at some dollar stores. If not, $5-$10 is the most you need to spend on one.
