I have a Franke Evolution machine and it's giving me a fault code 3 on the modaul board in it and I do not have a manual top know what is that code and michine is not working.

Hi. I think it a pump problem. You would have to take the panels off and check the pump. The evolution may have two pumps, so swapping the terminals on the pump may help you in findingthe fault. Dazza REPAIRER

Not a problem more of a question. Is the Franke evolution espresso machine a water processed machine? Also what does that mean for it to be water processed? THnak yOu

the evolution is a super automatic ,im not sure what you mean by water processed? but i do know you need water with a low ppm of hardness or you risk ruining the machine. water processed refers to the way beans are prepared, usually decaf.

We have a Franke Evolution coffee machine and the fault 'E43 Motor Time Out' error keeps appearing. Could you please advise me what this fault is. Is it related to the upper head micro switches and if so...

E43 error motortime out refers to the brew unit not being "sensed" by the micro switch, the most common fault is the micro switch failing. other causes are the failure of the brewmotor itself, or bushes within the brewer. The micro switch is simple to replace as its obvious withits location. the other however will require the expertise of an engineer.
