Sound you got a virus that corrupted a certain file in your Windows operating system. Try googling with a descriptive computer keep rebooting or something similar. Basically you need to replace that corrupted file and there are hints in the Internet on how to do this.

SOURCE: Boots to progress bar before loading windows

It seems that windows tries to check your Hard Disk for errors before loading the system files to memory. Do you hear some sounds from your hard disk? If you can successfully get to windows, open my computer => right click on drive C => Click on Properties => Click on TOOLS Tab and click CHECK NOW button.

Check the next 2 options and answer YES when windows ask you to schedule a thorough scan during next boot.

Regards!

SOURCE: monitor goes blank

Try restarting the computer in Safe Mode and then check. In case it flickers in Safe Mode too, then the LCD screen might be damaged and you might need to replace it.

I'm sure you have reseated/replaced the Memory mods? Have you thoroughly cleaned the fan, vents, heatsink? Have you done ANY hardware updates? Graphics? If you boot to Safe Mode any change? Have you tried a System Restore? Try another Cord/Charger with the Exact same power specs. Try removing battery and boot.

How to bypass setup password on a toshiba satellite A105-S4074

You can fix this by removing first removing all power, then remove the plastic cover above the keyboard, removing removing the two keyboard screws.
You'll need to fold the keyboard in such a way that you don't damage the cable.
You will see the wifi card just to the right. It's the only card there. It is held in place by spring clips. Remove the card from the connector.
There are two solder contact points labeled "C88". Connect the power adapter to the laptop now. Short the two contact of "C88" and press the power on button. The unit should boot to the windows screen. Once it boots, you'll have to update to the latest BIOS.

Toshiba satellite a105-s1014

try the computer with an external monitor, if it works correctly then it's the monitor that has broke and you need it replaced.
otherwise, if it does the same things on the external monitor...
I would check in order:
1)RAM memory
2)Motherboard
if the problem is only after windows boot, try changing the video driver, the problem might be caused by overheating video Chip, but that should freeze the system too...try also to remove the dust from all the heatsinks with canned air...

Display

If you've got exacttly the same each time you're start, then the VGA card has issue, or even the motherboard and CPU.

If not then try to chock the base of the screen with two fingers when starting, if nothing happen try to chock the middle of the keyboard and several spot around it. (it's a little bit brutal but the easiest way to find a bad contact or dead components)
If you feel like open it then this website will help you:

and for the screen:
