My bf was plugging in my laptop and rec. several little shocks. I have also exp this for the past 5 months. Anyway after about an hour of him plugging the laptop in I went to use my laptop. I There are now 7 buttons that do not work, a few are the enter button, I, E, 3, V and the other ones I can not remember. Do I need to replace the keyboard, this is what I am thinking. Also can I replace this myself. Let me mention that this laptop is only a year and one month old. Thanks
If you are receiving little shock is obviusly that something wrong in the power circuit of your motherboard. This malfunction could be also affecting your keyboard performance. Start replacing parts without know exaclty which is the problem is not a good idea. There are several causes, related to this issue. Your laptop must be serviced
