If you mean that you have condensation on the outside of the door, then you probably have a broken seal or the door is not closing completely. Open the door and check the seal for cracks or breaks. If it is dirty use a solution of bleach and water to clean it. To test the seal use a heavy piece of paper and close the door on it and see if you can pull it out. Do this all around the seal. If it is bad you will need to replace it. Here is a link to the seal http://www.partselect.com/PS783791-GE-WR24X10132-Fresh-Food-Door-Gasket-Black.htm?SourceCode=1&SearchTerm=GSH25SGRESS&ModelNum=GSH25SGRESS

Leaking from motor

Water Inlet Valve

If the dishwasher is leaking water the water inlet valve might be defective. If the water inlet valve sticks open, it will allow water to fill the dishwasher continuously. Some customers report that they see clean water filling the bottom of the dishwasher after it's been sitting all night or for a couple of days. If this happens, turn off the water that is supplying the dishwasher. This is normally a valve under the kitchen sink. Then, replace the water inlet valve, it cannot be repaired. The water valve needs at least 20 lbs pressure to shut off properly. If your water pressure is to low replacing the valve may not solve the problem.

Center Wash Arm Assembly

If the dishwasher is leaking water, the center wash arm assembly might be cracked or split. This can allow a jet of water to spray toward the door seal, causing a leak. If a crack or split in the center wash arm assembly is found, replace it. There isn't any glue that will hold the part together inside the dishwasher.

Lower Wash Arm Assembly

If the dishwasher is leaking water the lower wash arm assembly might be defective. If the lower wash arm has a crack or split on the end, it can force water to spray directly toward the lower part of the dishwasher door. Then, the water can be forced under the door and onto the floor. Check the lower wash arm for any cracks or splits and replace it if necessary. Also make sure the screws are tight in the wash arm support. If the screws are loose, water can spray out the side of the pump and cause a leak.

Upper Wash Arm Assembly

If the upper wash arm assembly is broken or cracked it can cause water to spray very forcefully toward the seams of the door, causing a leak.

Door Seal

Every dishwasher door has a door seal. If the dishwasher is leaking water, it might be that the door seal is defective or worn out. Try closing the dishwasher door on a dollar bill and see if the door seal is making good contact all the way around the door. If not, replace the door seal. If the door seal is good or has been replaced and there is still a leak check the door hinges. If the hinges are bent the door will not close properly and the hinges will need to be replaced.

Water is not coming out of water dispenser

Hi and welcome to FixYa,
There are 40 models under this main grouping: KSRG25FK I had to pick one....

KSRG25FKT05 as an example:

http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=504906

Listen for the micro switch item 14 this link:
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=504906&diagram_id=28177830#d28177830
You should hear a click as you actuate the water dispensor arm. (no click = bad switch)

Note also that the freezer door must be closed. Check the freezer door switch item 25 this link:
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=504906&diagram_id=28179767#d28179767 The light should go off when the plunger is depressed. If the light says on with the plunger depressed the switch has failed.
FYI you would have no ice in door if this switch has failed. If the ice in door works and there is only a water in door problem disregard this step.

Last open the fiberboard cover in the back of the unit and locate the inlet water valve. If you can do a swap of the 2 solenoid connectors between the 2 solenoids. Then use the water in door actuator. If you get water to the icemaker with the freezer door light switch plunger depressed you have a failed water in door solenoid on the inlet water valve. The water inlet valve is NOT repairable.

This is a KIT for replacing the inlet water valve:
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/part_details.aspx?part_id=3160649
You can find the valve cheaper without the kit parts if you shop around.

This is a Job Aid that will show you how to open the dispenser area if you need to.

Water not dispensing

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly,
Your model number is missing the last 3 digits. Having said that when you depress the water in door acutator arm you should hear an audible "click" from a micro-switch. No click = water in door micro-switch. One thing to make sure of is that the ice maker is also working properly. If both the ice-maker and water in door functions have stopped working then the door / light switch has failed. The door light switch is item 608 this link:
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=5130309&diagram_id=22283824#d22283824
To test the door light switch you remove power... use a knife blade to release the SINGLE lock tab on the side of the 3 terminal switch and pull it free of the chassis. Then you locate terminal C of the siwtch (common). Read from common to the other 2 terminals. Only ONE of the 2 terminals wirll read continuity. Depress the plunger and read to the remaining terminal. You MUST read continuity. No continuity with the plunger depressed = bad door switch.

If you are only experiencing the no water in door symptoms and your sure the micro-switch for the water in foor actuation arm is working then the most likely suspect is the inlet water valve:
For reference purposes I am using this model number: HSS25GFPAWW All of the water carrying components and switches are exactly the same regardless of model and there are 7 different models under the HSS25GFP model number.
If you have access to a multi meter open the back of the unit by removing the fiberboard cover. Locate the inlet water valve and read the resistance on the 2 coils / solenoids. You may have to slide the connector off of the solenoid to check the resistance. The resistance should be the same on each one. I suspect that you have an open coil. The water valve is item 800 this link:
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=5130309&diagram_id=22283831#d22283831
Should you discover that micro-switch is not working it is item 72 of this link:
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=5130309&diagram_id=22283824#d22283824

The ice/ water machine not working

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly

When both the ice and water in door functions stop the problem is usually the door switch. If the door switch fails in the open position the light stays on when the door is closed and water and ice in door do not work. With the door open depress the door switch plunger to see if the comparment light goes off. If it stays on the door switch has failed. If it goes out.. hold the door plunger depressed and have someone try the water in the door. If the water in the door now works the door switch is not getting depressed enough to allow the water and ice in door to work during NORMAL operation. Again usually it requires door switch replacement to correct the problem. The door switch is a 3 terminal switch. One terminal is common, One terminal controls the light, and One terminal controls the water and ice in door functions. The switch retails for less than $10.00

You remove the switch by sliding a thin knife blade along one side of the switch to release the single locking tab. You can use a putty knife also.

Since you did not include a model number I can not help you with parts data.

There is more that can be done if the door switch is ok but I really need the model number to proceed from here. I will help you... Just respond with a COMPLETE model number.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

GE Refrigerator Water Not Dispensing

Had the same problem. No water to the dispenser. After removing the grate at foot of refrigerator was able to get water to bottom of tube. Careful with the funky little coupling, push the white ends inward to disconnect. Turned off refergerator for awhile and used a blow dryer to warm up the dispenser area from the outside. Be careful not to damage plastic by over heating. Also tried to warm the exterior of door but not sure if that helped. Used a hand activated vacuum pump on the water exit spout. Took a long time but evidently the water just prior to the spout had frozen. Had run a small metal wire up the tube from the bottom and it went nearly to the area of the dispenser so I don't think there had been any ice except at the area around the dispenser spout.
Hope this helps.
