Question about IBM Infoprint 1352 Laser Printer
These printers container a little replaceable cleaner over the drum. If it gets caked with melted toner over time it becomes ineffective, and then output gets darker and dirty.
Open the door on the back of the output tray on top, take out the little plastic part with the pad and clean off the accumulation of melted toner. If the pad is still good put it back in and the printer should be printing a lot cleaner, after a couple of runs through it.
If this does not fix it check the drum through the hole where you took out the cleaner. The drum might be messed up if you used it a lot without doing the above referenced procedure once in a while and might need to be replaced.
Hope this works for you.
