Yes, It is usually on the heating element tube. Don't just replace the fuse. You must find out what caused it to blow. You probablly have restricted air flow . Usually this is a clogged duct pipe or outside vent. This can also be caused by trying to operate the dryer with the door open. Before replacing the fuse, take the duct off the back of the dryer. Clean out what lint you can , turn on the dryer and see if you get good air flow. Next check the vent pipe for clogging and check the outside damper. DO NOT USE FLEXIBLE PLACTIC DUCT PIPE. It is a fire hazard and almost always clogs up fast. Another possible solution is that if it's an electric dryer, If the element burns out it can short out against the frame and cause it to overheat.
