Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Hi, I have an oce 7056 with an error code 0501. I have read a few online blogs that have said that the problem is the toner was empty. I added toner and it still comes up with the same code. I was also told that I needed to enter the service mode. I cant figure that out either. Then I was told to just turn the machine on and off a few times and that should clear it up. That didnt work either. Can someone please help me I am going insane because I am supposed to have these plans out by 11:30 and it is now 9:00.
you need parts to fix the heater. the heater is the part that fuse the ink to the paper.
since part of print is not fused to the paper. I am assuming at this time it must have multiple heater in the machine.
go to the link and see if they can sell you the heater you need.
good luck on finding parts.

SOURCE: 0501 error with Oce' 7056
Well, error 0501 is low toner concentration problem
fill new toner and then off and on main switch many time, if the problem persists then you need to check the toner motor.
