Question about Computers & Internet
Most laptops have an access panel on the bottom of the laptop. Remove the screw on the panel and lift off the panel. The RAM module/s ia held in place by clips on the edge of the RAM module. Push the clips to the side and the RAM module will pop up at an angle and then pull the RAM module off the connector.
When you install the new RAM module/s just reverse the process of removing the RAM module/s.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

In case you are talking about the user account password...and you forgot it ...the only way to log in is to reinstall the operation system using a boot-able disk with the operation system on it ..cause it is an old one I believe you use windows xp on it ..and the way to proceed is to restart the computer with the boot-able disk inside ..and press f12 for the boot menu (or the key indicated on the screen on start for boot menu ) ..and select the cd /dvd as the first boot device ..and press enter ..when it starts you will be prompted to press any key to confirm the booting from the disk ..
If all operation I described seam impossible to be done ..(cause you don't hit the right F key 0 ..just press f2 and go to bios ..and under boot ..select the CD to be the first device to boot from ..and the hard disk the next in line ..and save the changes with F10 and restart ..It will always boot from the disk first if it has one inside or will go to the next boot device ..
If you do not have a boot-able disk ..try to bowwow one ..or you can download a image file with the operation disk from the internet ..and burn it boot-able with Nero or isoburn or other image burner program ..
to find an image look on torrent sites like pirate bay ..read first about the image before downloading ..and be sure it is the right one ..(they may be in other language or needing a certain platform ..(on 64 ) ..If you have Nero installed ..just double click on the image ..and be sure you have a blank CD inside to burn into ..It will make it boot-able if you proceed this way ..I mean directly burn and not adding the files from the image ..but clicking on it to start with Nero automatically ..
Good luck !
