When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermaloverload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is theproblem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are cloggedwith dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan.
If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make surethe vents are clear and dust free. Use a can of compressed air to do this.

Suspect Samsung R519 is dirty inside.

http://www.cnet.com.au/samsung-r519-339300512.htm

The cooling system for the Samsung R519 is the Cooling Tube, Heatsink, and Fan Assembly.

The Fan Assembly consists of a Fan, and surrounding cage. (Shroud)

The Heatsink is a thin piece of metal, that has Tall, Thin, fins protruding from it.

The fan's blades, center hub, and surrounding cage may become clogged with 'Gunk'
{'Gunk' = Dirt, dust, hair, food crumbs, lint, etc}

The fins of the Heatsink may become clogged. In-between the fins, and all over the fins.

{ The Heatsink absorbs heat. It then radiates the heat way through the Tall, Thin, fins }

When a Processor overheats, (Surpasses it's Thermal Limit), it turns off.
(BIOS turns it off)
This is a fail safe feature built in. Keeps the Processor from burning up.

With the cooling system being clogged, the Processor overheats.

Solution is to clean the laptop THOROUGHLY. I don't believe at this time a can of compressed air for computers, blo-wing air from the outside, will help.

It will just push the 'Gunk' in tighter.

The laptop needs to be disassembled, and thoroughly cleaned out.
It may, or may not need new Thermal Paste for the Processor, and graphics chipset.

(If the laptop has been cleaned recently, and has this problem, it's because the 'tech' probably didn't replace the Thermal Paste.
Thermal Paste will dry up over time, and lose it's thermal conductivity properties )

Do you wish to attempt this cleaning procedure yourself?
If so post back in a Comment, and prepare for a LOT of reading.

(The R520 is VERY similar )

The above is for a Samsung X20. Posted, because I would like you to look at the last photo on the page. Here you see an average finned Heatsink, and the 'Gunk' it can collect.

How do i replace a sammsung R519 keyboard?

Step one: Remove the two screws from the bottom of the computer that are holding down the Samsung R519 Keyboard bezel. The bezel is the bar that sits right above all the function keys.
Step two: Turn the computer over, open the cover and insert the credit card or guitar pick between the bezel and the laptop screen. The bezel has pegs that sit in holes, you need to slowly pry up the bezel. It will make a bit of a popping noise as it is removed.
Step three: Now hold on to the laptop keyboard from the end closest to the screen and gently pull it away from the touch-pad end and flip it over. You will see the ribbon attached to the underside of the Samsung R519 Keyboard. There is a little plastic connector holding the ribbon to the computer. To unlock it, carefully pull up on the two tabs; one located on each corner of the connector. Be very gentle when you do this as this is the one part that gets broken the most often when changing a keyboard. The ribbon cable will now be released.
Step four: Carefully pull the ribbon out of the connector and remove it along with the entire Samsung laptop keyboard.
Final step: To insert the new Samsung R519 Keyboard, place the board face down so you have easy access to the ribbon. Make sure the keyboard is lined up so when you flip it back over the keys are in the correct position. Keep the ribbon straight at all times; twisting it could damage it. Place the ribbon in the connector; it only goes in one way. Once in place, push down on the connector tabs to lock it. Now flip the keyboard over and slide it down toward the touch pad and take the bezel and line the pegs up with the holes and push it in place. Then turn the computer over and replace the two screws you removed from the bottom. You can now power on your computer and see if the Samsung R519 Keyboard works. If it is not working, more than likely the ribbon was not inserted properly.
