I had to redo my whole computer because of virus. when i reinstalled windows xp my hewlett-pachard psc 1210 will print. I get a message that says it is not installed and I have tried everything to get it to work. no disk i even install a driver but still wont work help please

Reinstall HP director from the disk that came with the printer.

If you lost the disk, then download the software from : HP Business Inkjet 1200 Printer series - Download
