first out put voltages measures,when output voltages ok , then see the control circuit.after tnat every thing ok. replace heating elements.

I am afraid that the door hinges are non adjustable, and the only solution is to replace them as a pair.
There should be some kind of latch mechanism at the end of the hinge
where it is fastened to the door to compress the hinge to enable you to remove them.

The oven is secure undercounter by four screws which you can see when you open the door and are located on the body frame at the left and right.
After that you can pull it out completely so you can remove the top panel cover at where you can reach for the control panel.
Here we have a link with the parts diagrams you can see the other diagrams total 5 by selecting from the left.
We also one video on how to replace the element with a similar oven which however will give you an idea how is your oven and how to remove top internal cover.
