Question about Nintendo Wii Console
I have been trying to use my masterdcard to buy a couple wii games on wii shop channel. The transaction goes through all the way to assessing your credit card. When it gets there it says my zip/postal code is wrong and i need to get credit card information from credit card company, but it still takes out the money but doesnt show the points. How do I get my money back?
You need to call Mastercard immediately and inform them of the situation. Walk them through the exact process you described.
Following that discussion with Mastercard, call Nintendo and inform them of the issue. Let them know that your credit card company has been notified and that you are working with them to reverse the charges.
Your account should be credited with the lost funds soon afterwards.
