(here is the link i got that from); http://dogbytecomputer.com/codes.htm#DVD%20CODES if this doesn't work then find a universal remote that you can get hold of easily near you and tell us the model number, we could probably tell you if it will be compatible with both machines and what the codes are. Jwin's support page says that Jwin products do not contain the universal codes.
