Question about Onkyo TX-SR503 Receiver

Crackling and saturation in frequency of surround speakers

Hi, First, sorry for my bad English, I am French and have not written english for a long time :(. I need help to repare my TX-SR503E tuner amplifier. When I use surround speakers (speakers group A), I have the sound but with crakles and saturation in frequency. The problem occure as well with digital inputs (optical or coaxial) as analogic inputs. I can't either use the way of functionning "pure audio", it is nos available since I have this problem. On the other hand, the speakers group B with analogic input (impossible to use digital input with group B) perfectly works. I thought to a dysfunction in power relay but there is 5 and 2 are used to speakers groupe B too. Ideas ? Thank you in advance for everything Matthieu

Thank you for your answer Emery Hall but I don't think the problem is in the wires :
I have put off all the 5.1 and only keep the 2 speakers i have previously with the same wires. I have not the problem with the "direct" way of functionning but in all the others I have.
So I don't think it is a problem of wires or speakers, more Signal processing :(

I have the same tuner with the same problem. I have 2 pairs of Bose Acoustimas speakers and a pair of their sub woofers. I found it was the vibration from the subwoofers were causing so much vibration even using monster wire the crackling was caused by wire vibration at the speaker or subwoofer. if you are using twisted wire with a banana plug on the end or straight twisted wire into the speakers the constant vibrartion eats into the wire. Just pull the wires out re twist or tin (solder) the tips or move to a different location on the banana plug and really twist it will getting a bite into the wire. If you are using straight banana plugs use a screwdriver in the 4 slots to make them fatterso they stay tight. if they are RCA jacks pinch down the 4 outside tabs so they grip harder. Viva La France.

What are the problems encountered in teaching English?

Hi jervinescala ,
English is the easyest language to teach . There is no specific problem , unless alphabetic for those who can't read latin alphabet . Living in Belgium , i' m fluent in French , Dutch and English but French is my first language and it seems French is the most difficult to learn and to teach .
Best regards ,

I am vacationing in the USA from Switzerland. I just purchased a Nokia E71 cell phone and it is configured in English. How to change the language to French language?

the phone is region dependent.
what i mean to say is... if you have purcahse a phone within a region that has french as an alternate language you can definitely set your phone to French but if not then theres no way you can change the language to french with the phone alone.

you can check on this:

menu > settings> general > personalization> language > phone language.

Hello, Sorry I speak very bad english. Can I to speak french or spanish ? Thanks Francoise

Bonjour/Hola Francoise.

FixYa is really an English-language site, but no action seems to be taken against the use of foreign languages. If you try posting your question in Spanish there are many American members who will understand and the FixYa staff have a few Spanish speakers who can monitor your question to ensure it does not break the rules.

It will switch Off automatically, just leave it as it is.
This voice recorder does not have any particular power on-off switch so it will switch off automatically.
Thanks.

It prints in bad language format

It's not the printer that determines the language that is printed. It is the operating system and/or the program that is printing. Also, what you type.

In computers that run Windows operating systems it is chosen in the Control Panel. Use the Start button. Choose Control Panel then Regional and Language Options. Select your language in the pulldown menu. The entire system, including prompts, titles, etc. will now revert to that language. It will not, however, do a translation. If you have documents that were written in English they will still be English. If you want to type in English and print in French it will not happen. You must type in French to print in French...Comprenez-vous ?

A simple translator is available at http://www.reverso.net.
