Re: PC wont start at all
Did't understand ur problem fully but i think ur heat sink or the fan on the processor that could be the problem or smps that means the power supply could be trashed. and ur power chord could be damaged. one more thing check ur computers ram . and if still it don't even start i think ur board is dead. sorry

as i always say: intercept
all of cables of your PC case and even power cable of your monitor. evolve
battery of bios then wait for 25 minutes then connect all of cables and
try turning on your PC: 1- with battery of bios 2- without
battery of bios it should work.(this works cause the
motherboard reset it's bios and start correctly again).
hi im josh in cebu phils.may i help you? Friend nothing happens to your motherboard or cannot completely open when the supply current is not enough to support or provide the mainboard.especially if there are many devices attached such as video cards dvd rm etc. you need more power to make them work. so you need to change or use a power supply having a output.500w up.for better good luck hope i helped you.vote so that i'll know if i did it so.
Try switching your power cable with te one from another pc, if that doesnt help check wether the on/off button on your power supply is turned on. If that doesnt help either I'll need more info about what those lights indicate.
I have the same problem, the CPU fan spins, keyboard lights blink, no start up screen, or bios. But, when I push a few times on the pc reset button, then the CPU fan is becoming still, the keyboard light are out and I can start the computer again in a normal way. Can this one be a temporally solution for you too? Do you have any suggestion about? I guess it can be an electricity dysfunction of a wrong fixed cable.
Just reset ur bios settings on ur board by jumper settings or by remove the cmos battery once and once again place it in its position . start ur computer and in bios just reset all the bios settings then restart the computer
This is hard to diagnose without seeing the system but try a new cmos battery on the motherboard and locate 'JBAT1' terminal and put jumper on pins 2-3 for a few seconds, then back to 1-2 just to see if the board resets itself.
It may be that the board is damaged.
