Try this: unconnect the phone, restart it and make the change (the phone being unconnected to the USB). It worked for me...

If the USB mode is not activated then you must have already connected the USB cable to the PC. Disconnect it and then go in to your phone PC connection settings and enable the "USB Mass strorage mode" - sace. Then connect the USB cable. It will work.

Hi. Thanks for choosing fixya.
1) Press the menu botton(lower part of the phone)
2) Press "SETTINGS"
3) Look for: "CONNECT TO PC"
4) Select "DISK DRIVE"(If your not connected press "default connection type", THEN select DISK DRIVE.
That will give you access to the storage of your phone.
