Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
Sometimes you have newer version already installed, sometimes some resources are not installed such as drivers, or things like dotNet is not installed or updated, sometimes there are resource conflicts.
Other times it can be a scratched disk, hair inside the disk tray or in the drive that is getting in the way of the optical sensor, and sometimes the drive itself is bad.
