Have a Fuji Xerox Docucentre 11 C2200 Printer and have a printer error 004-333

    I have unplugged machine from power and removed from network for at least 10 minutes. I have also tried powering up and holding down similtaneously the power save, 6 & stop keys. These solutions dont clear the error message.

    I have spoken to Fuji Xerox support, however they have suggested they send a technician out on Monday. I need the machine over the weekend.

    Yes I have checked all wiring, the equipment was working earlier in the day.

    Fuji Xerox could not find the error code either, I have also checkjed in my manual and it is not shown. I did try to put a document with approx 30 pages through however it was only text no graphics. I regularly print files up to 60meg. Xerox thought the document file may be jambed before it has hit the print que however the document did show up as qued under printers & faxes but not on the internet screen.

    The electrical including fan seems ok. My IT consultant had a quick look at thew unit remotely, he advised that it is showing as offline. Test pages seem to hang for a minute or so then disappear.

You will need to keep the unit unplugged longer than ten min. , at least an hour or so , there are capacitors that hold a charge for a long time and will keep components in a state for a long time.
if after that it still doesn't work correctly then there is a internal problem that will have to be tested to determine where the fault is
that is an internal error code that can be caused by a component not letting an IC work correctly or a chip itself is at fault

  Turn your printer on, remove the power cable at the back of your printer while the printer is ON. first try to reset all the setting has been made...

and also it seems that the error codes was on the power supply area, check the fan blower on that are if still functioning,,,

    Hi there, try power cycling the printer, unplugging from power, removing toner and putting it back.

    I cannot find error 004-333 in the error code list for Xerox Docucentre, can you double check the error code?

    When you get a code that is not in the list that means that is a bad main board, as the error codes are managed directly by cpu on main pcb.
    That is the reason why the helpdest told you that they need to send you a repairman.

    Hi there , test pages print blank, and unit stays offline because the main control board is defective. When you have an error code that makes no sense, that is usually the reason, either CPU, som onboard component, or firmware stored on printer EEprom have had a problem.
    You need to check connectors, and probably to replace the board.

That error signifies a defective fuser, not coming to temperature. Replace fuser, part number 126K24980. See link below:

Printer CM205 b error code 092-651
Options My printer FUJI XEROX CM205b is showing an error code of 092-651 with a sub code of 2080000. I have no idea what this means or how to go about fixing it. this has been a great printer and would like to fix it if possible.

Any Windows 7 64bit driver for Xerox Docuprint P8ex? The one posted by Droidd is probably 32 bit and does not work in Windows 7 x64. Thanks.

Driver for "Fuji Xerox AP-II C2200 PCL 6" working very well for me on Windows 7 64bit. FUJI XEROX DOCUPRINT C1110 WRONG PAPER SIZE MESSAGE


This printer have a sensor to remind the user when using a wrong paper size.

If you still using a paper that not the same with your software settings, it's still reminds you.

I solve this promblem by after print my works I just press "Cancel Jobs" button to clear a data.
