Panasonic TX-P46S10E Doesnt turn on and power LED blinks 14 times. What's the problem?

5 times LED blinks in Panasonic PT-47WX42 shows problem with convergence out chips failure as this tv has two big black ICs STK392-110 as convergence output, replace them to fix tv problem.
