-   I bought my Crosley R79 used at St Vicent de Paul used and every thing but the CD worked. All I was interested in was the turntable which worked just fine. After I got it home and played it about 10 times the turntable stopped, no sound or rotation-   nnamrde1

Have you checked if this is only when you play CDs or also if you play Tapes or Radio? If sound is not present even if you use radio and tape, then the sound output IC is blown, and needs replacement. You need to see a professional technician for this. Also, see if your speakers are connected properly. Then try to connect another set of speakers (borow from a friend) and see if sound is audible. If yes, thn your speakers are faulty.

After 6 months of working fine, the turntable switch refuses to operate properly..... It should click 'on' by moving to the right..... but now moving to the right causes a 'click', but no action. Moving to the LEFT, almost to the centerpost, will cause it to operate, but moving 1/16" further, or moving the arm back to the right turns it OFF. So the power is there; the motor is functional; and it seems like the switch has an alignment problem...... any suggestions ?????????
i'm having toshiba satellite A30 series, but the toshiba software is not accepting,so i have put an windows xp software, everything is fine but the audio is not working. Is there any software available for solving the problem.
I get no sound when I power up my system. The speakers work fine (I can hear a click through them when I turn the system off). There are times when the system works, but then I'll turn it on a week or so later and nothing happens. What do you think that could be? BTW, it's connected to a surge protector.
I have a SC-EN7 Audio system of Panasonic with sound problem, I need to know what is the OUTPUT integrated circuit to buy it, because it is unreadable and defective on board.
Thank you very much
