RegCure has done it again!
pls follow these steps >>

click the start button, then Run and in the dialog box, type "msconfig" (without the qoute) and press ok
in the System Configuration Utility window, select the startup tab
uncheck the box with the RegCure entry then click apply and ok, then choose 'exit without restart'
download and install this (Absulutely) free utility >>> http://www.ccleaner.com/
first run Cleaner (click the cleaner button / analyze / run cleaner
second Registry (click Registry button/ scan for issues / fix selected issue
no need to back-up changes just select fix selected issues
when done restart your computer
when a message box appear regarding the system configuration, just click on the box which says 'do not show this message again and click OK

Bought safecart optimizer need code

I think it's a Scam, I would uninstall it. Read this: http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/safecartcom-new-york-c417027.html You can find Freeware and Shareware that will do the same at FILEHIPPO or MAJORGEEKS. These type of All-in-one optimizers do more harm, slow down your computer and give false scan results, than good. CCLEANER, MALWAREBYTES freeware will do much the same at no cost. Depending on your OS you have built in Tools that you can use. For example Win 7: http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/10things/10-ways-to-speed-up-windows-7/3332

Laptop, avaio very slow. 4 yrs old.

Try cleaning up your temporary files using CCleaner. Google search to find it.
If it happened suddenly you might have a disk problem. CONTROL PANEL, ADMINSTRATIVE TOOLS, EVENT VIEWER. Look for errors and determine if that it your problem. Disk can easily fail after 3-5 years.

My desktop computer is running very very slow. . The operating system is Vista. What can I safely run to clean it up?

CCleaner is good and it is free, it can help you to delete computer history and junk files to free up disk space, then clean the registry. But to be honest, I prefer to use other registry optimizer software since CCleaner does not have a defrag function.

Keep getting error 7191 can't download

Error-7191 error symptoms can include slow PC performance, program crashes, system freezes, startup/shutdown problems, and file errors. Risks that can result from not repairing your computer include blue screens, file corruption, and hardware failure.

Fixing Error-7191 is easy. Download and install Regcure, a Microsoft Windows tool that will analyze your registry for missing, obsolete, and corrupt entries resulting from failed installations, incomplete un-installations, disabled drivers, and spyware applications. Click on the link below for your free download.

If you do not like Regcure / You can find another registry cleaner or backup and format and reinstall the OS.
