Go to:

http://support.euro.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=pt&l=pt&s=gen&ServiceTag=&SystemID=DIM_CEL_1100&os=WW1&osl=ib&catid=&impid=

All you have to do is select OS and language. I believe it can be found under "Audio"
Good luck!

no problem.
right click my computer.
properties-------->under hardware tab click device manager.
under actions click scan for hardware changes.
it's done.

if this does not help you need to install sound driver again from your driver's cd.

My sound card has been deleted from my computer!

Sounds like the sound card died, it's not unheard of. Plug it into another computer and see if it's recognized.

You won't find your driver on Microsoft, you can find your driver directly from Compaq by clicking here:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?prodNameId=367369&lang=en&cc=au&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=367367&taskId=135

Just choose your OS and click away.
