the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Its either the perk......or your setting is messed up..go to settings, family preferences and then enable it...change the settings over there because of your age it might not be letting you to talk to other people.

SOURCE: my xbox 360 starts up
The graphic chip gone bad from overheating. The three red ring method will sometimes fix this issue as well. Will have to take everything apart to perform the repair. Some peopel sell the repair kit on ebay for like $6 including hardware and instructions.

This has nothing to do with the game or on line play.
what's happening is either the heatsink compound between
the G.P.U. or C.P.U. has seeped away preventing the
chip from cool properly . This happen more often when consoles
are played vertically. Or the G.P.U is losing it's connections
from the internal thermal couple . so the console thinks it's
hot but it's not .
The heat sink compound is an easy fix . the heatsinks will
need to be removed and a fresh layer of compound should
The G.P.U. disconnect will require a little more service.
the G.P.U. will need to be reflowed ( resoldered)
average cost is 80.00-100.00 . and the heat sink replacement
is super easy and you could do it yourself with
a youtube tutorial .
if you have any questions feel free to ask.

SOURCE: Hello, I recently hooked my
HDCP is the "handshake" protocol used by the Xbox to communicate via HDMI to your TV. The optical cable wouldn't have anything to do with this error. So far the only solution that's been found to this issue is to ensure that the HDMI cable is properly plugged in and power off/on both devices and see if the handshake is restored. If this doesn't work you may need a new HDMI cable.
