Try checking some of the tunning and coupling capacitors around the horizontal section as well for some crystalized solder joints in that area.

Look into the top of the tube. Probably has fungus growth. Do a search. I posted that solution many times this week for that. Normally, focus don't go out on T.V's by themself. Either the tube is bad or has fungus or the screen control is bad.....but very rare will focus part fail...usually brightness/screen is at fault. Don't forget to check the green tube as well when looking. Take the back off and see if your head will fit. If not, a large mirror will do just fine. Put something on with writing displayed....easier to tell that way.

I had the exact same problem and the fix is easy to do. Unplug the TV first of all and wheel it out so you can easily get to all of the rear screws.

OK if the Fuses go so do the drive transistors, you will have to replace them, trace out to them, and replace, check them out, probably open circuit.
Go there download the schematic, actually a service manual for your TV, it's in a zip, format and it is a PDF inside.
