The only way I can see is to try to contact FOSSIL (Relic are made by Fossil).
You will find Customer Support as well as How to contact etc.

Not a bad design actually... just poor support since the instructions aren't even available on relic's website.
To set the time on the relic zr85048:
On the back of the watch, you will see a small cutaway or recess at the base of the crown. Insert a thumb nail, or some thin object under the crown and pull upward gently. Rotate the crown in the raised position to set the time. When finished, push the crown down. Done.
