Question about IBM ThinkPad T20 2647 Notebook
I own a IBM ThinkPad T20 and thought it had a WiFi Card in the bottom of it like my T40 but did information and it is for the 56K Modem and Ethernet Ports. If I remove this card and Install a PCI WiFi card would it be WiFi workable?
I agree with dragonlord and my opinion is from hard experience-I foolishly tried to find a pci for my T20 on ebay, and a dishonest seller was more than happy to take my money, knowing it would not work. I use a Netgear WPN511 instead and it works great, only I have to plug it in every time I start it up (not a big deal)
