Question about Hauppauge HD PVR Video Recorder Functions Video Recording Video Encoding Video
I have an Hauppage HD PVR video recorder. It's connected to my TV via component cables, and my console (either Xbox or Ps3) is also connected to the HD PVR via component cables. Doesn't matter what bitrate i have selected, rather it's constant or variable average, doesn't matter if the video out put is 480p or 720p or 1080i, when i record gameplay the recording comes out choppy and slowed down. I am new to video captures, so i pretty much have no idea what im doing. HELP!!
