Question about Insignia 37" LCD Flat-Panel HDTV
Can anyone tell me house to remove the Insignia 37" 1080 LCD HDTV from its stand
There are 7 screws on the back of the tv - should be a phillips, once you have taken all out pull the tv up. If you figure this out I would be willing to buy the stand off you. I removed mine since moving and thought I did not need and threw it away, now need a stand. Email me at email@example.com if you are interested.

Tips for a great answer:
1) Carefully lay the front of the unit face down on a flat, cushioned surface such as a quilt or blanket. Leave the stand protruding over the edge of the surface.
Extreme care should always be used when removing the pedestal stand to avoid damage to the LCD panel.
2) Remove the jack pack cover on the back of the TV to expose the pedestal stand screws. The jack pack cover can be removed without tools.
3) Remove the five screws shown in the diagram below. This will allow removal of the pedestal stand.
4) Once you have removed all five screws holding the pedestal stand in place, remove the pedestal stand from the TV by sliding the pedestal stand a way from the TV (Remorve 5, 4mm or 5/32" Allen Bolts from back of TV.)
