You dont want to by-pass the switch ,,,, its on there for safety and if it is by-passed it can cause problems with dryer or worse could start a fire.

Is it at all posable to bypass the lock on a frigidaire affinity

You never want to bypass any safety device. If this is a front load machine and the door did not lock properly, water would get on the floor if the safety device was disabled.

Have you checked each individual door switch
for voltage? If there is voltage and a good ground try jumping the switch with a bypass wire to see if the window responds. It could be a bad master control switch which you can bypass to check to see if its working properly. Drivers door switch module. They are known to be a problem. Hope this helps.

What is part t603 and r672 on a sony grand wega kf-50we610

the 3 blinks is indicating the lamp door cover is not attached properly or the cover is not engageing the switch properly on the lamp compartment. It could also be a bad switch. Bypassing the switch temporarially should allow the set to work untill a new switch arrives if it turns out it was the switch and not the door itself.

My door locks do not work on my 1999 f-350. The motor is fine we had to bypass the switch to get them to go up

Since you bypassed the switch and the motors work then the problem is with the switches. You will need to check both driver and passenger switch to see which one is not working properly. This year vehicle was infamous for collecting crud in the switches.

I have fridgidaire dryer and when I push the start button it just makes a buzzing noise but does not start

Unplug the dryer or disconnect power then remove the two screws securing the top panel to the rear and slide the panel backwards and off.

Behind the drum is the thermal limiter which is wired in series with the motor.

Check the continuity of the thermal limiter and if it reads open, replace it including the high-limit thermostat located on the heater housing (also shown in the picture above). Bypass the thermal limiter for troubleshooting purposes by joining the wires together and insulating it properly. If the dryer starts and runs properly with this setup, the thermal limiter is indeed open. If the dryer still does not start, jump a wire between the COM and NO terminals of the door switch. The dryer should start with the thermal limiter and door switch bypassed, otherwise bypass the motor relay on the control board. Replace control board if the dryer starts with the three bypassed, otherwise the motor is the one at fault and needs to be replaced.

My bosch classixx6 1200 express keeps flashing the key/lock symbol and bleeps so I cant start a programme

The door is not locked properly or the door lock switch is not functioning. In the second case the door lock functioning can be checked by bypassing the door switch (for testing only). After bypassing the switch the program can start. If it succeeds replace the door lock switch.

The problem is usually caused by a blown thermal fuse. Disconnect power then access and bypass the thermal fuse on the blower housing. The blower housing is located on the rear left bottom.

Bypass the thermal fuse by disconnecting the wires and connecting them together. Insulate them properly and plug the dryer back in. The thermal fuse is indeed blown and needs to be replaced if the dryer starts. Do not use the dryer with the thermal fuse bypassed due to fire hazards.

The switches (there are two of them) can be bypassed but it isn't a fun job. There are 3 connections on the switch boards and if you connect all 3 together, that should bypass the switch. There is one switch on the door and another located on the lamp socket board. You can bypass on the door but there is no way I can describe how complicated it is to get to the one on the lamp socket. So, try jumping the one on the door and see if helps. REMEMBER THAT THE LAMP IN THIS SET CAN CAUSE BURNS, VISION DAMAGE AND OTHER PROBLEMS SO AFTER YOU HAVE JUMPED THE SWITCH, PUT THE DOOR BACK ON AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORD UNPLUGGED WHEN YOU WORK ON THE TV.

The door switch may be faulty, as a safeguard the machine will not start if the door is not closed properly or this part is faulty. You can check this by pushing the door firmly in or (unplug the machine first) removing the front of the door seal and putting your hand around the corner where the door latch goes into.
The door switch only uses a live and neutral so you can bypass it by taping the two wires together, make sure they don't touch the cabinet, replug the machine then put it on a spin to test. This is a cheap repair, just don't use the machine with the door switch bypassed like that, you could have a flood!
