Rheem manuals are generic, and contain no service information, or other useful information that would be unavailable from downloading current gas water heater manual.
One site posts talks about 21vp50 but posts generic American water heater manual instead of Rheem

Go to Rheem website, click on power vent, then click tab for Specs/Docs ... and click link for manual and then call Rheem and ask why they do not post service bulletins that match the required maintenance shown in product manual:

Rheem does not post service manuals or bulletins.
It's how they treat customers. I do not recommend Rheem because of this problem.
They must expect their customers to pay for service call from Rheem-loyal technicians.

C2 11 is no ignition.
Clean combustion parts yearly as recommended in manual is first step.
Other causes can be loose wiring, bas gas valve, dirty air intake, bad venting, bad sensors etc.
Test these parts using service manual. Call Rheem since Rheem does not post service manuals.

Before calling service technician, read manual for troubleshooting and yearly maintenance requirements.

Rheem site loads slow, and some manuals never load.

I believe the 21VP is older and Rheem does not show older manuals, but manuals are generally generic enough to help greatly. Year of manufacture show as second and third digit of serial number.

Lockout condition requires service technician and part replacement, or call Rheem and have them send part.
