Can't seem to download a document into my hp notebook laptop computer using a cannon mx320 printer,fax,scanner.
Usually you need to tell the scanner where to save or what program to open the scan with. The settings should be in the scanner software that you install with the scanner.

1) Left-click on Start
2) Right-click on My Computer
3) Left-click on Properties
4) Left-click on the Hardware tab
5) Left-click on Device Manager
6) Left-click on the + sign to the left of - Network adapters.
Which is listed?
Broadcom or Intel Pro?

not detected when the notebook resumes from a Standby, Hibernate, or
