SOURCE: I installed a 1000 watt four foot long Farenheat

I could find no electrical code or mechanical code that says you can do that, so I wouldn't do that.
But have you thought of or do you have the overhead space to install a hanging unit heater? They don't require much space(just make sure you install it per manufacturers specifications) and they come in much higher BTU ratings.

Part number for standard heating element for eco smart 11.3kw?

Go to ecosmartus.com
Click products tab at top of page
Click on your model number
Click on replacement parts tab
Buy part from ecosmart
Or remove element from water heater and look to see if threads are standard water heater element threads... then look at volts and watts printed on end of each element... buy ordinary element if it will work.

How to heat a garage or workshop

Two things to consider in buying a space heater - the require BTU and the electricla cost to heat your space.

You can go here to calculate your estimated BTU need - http://www.calculator.net/btu-calculator.html
or just look up "BTU calculator' on line and there are other BTU calculators as well.

The BTU is what is pretty much required to effectively and efficiently heat to the temperature range you are comfortable with. It's a matter of the maximum degrees you want to raise the temperature. In my case I wanted to be able to increase the ambient temperature in my woodworking workshop from 40 degrees to 65 degrees and I have less than favorable insulation in this workshop, so my desired BTU is 16,359 at 4,794 watts. This heater meets that demand quite nicely.

As for cost, as I mention in the video (link above) the two ceramic space heaters were costing me about $1.56 per evening to heat my workshop. This heater is costing me only about 92 cents for the same length of time. I have immediate savings of over 62 cents per evening of use! Why the huge difference? Because the other two space heaters had to run continuously at combined 3,000 watts for 2 hours to heat the space and then continuously to maintain the desired temperature. The Dr Heater DR966 bring s my workshop from 40 to 60-65 degree in a half hour at 6,000 watts and then only runs intermittently at 3,000 watts to maintain that temperature. Therefore I am using less electricity to heat my shop to 65 degrees and to maintain that temperature.

I have my heater connected to a 30amp circuit breaker and have had no issues with the electrical demand of the heater tripping the breaker. But I am also using a six-foot long 6-gauge cord from the heater to the outlet and 8-gauge wire from the outlet to the breaker and the outlet is mounted directly underneath the sub-panel, so there virtually no distance from the breaker to the six-foot cord.

If the BTU supply of this heater meets your BTU demands I recommend that you get this heater and see for yourself what it's like to have a well heated work space. It's nice!
Here's a link to view the heater I used.

Heater bionaire bch9224-cn no heat

The Bionaire BCH9224-CN is a ceramic space heater, one of apparently 4 related units. The 9224 is the tallest in the family and I also have the shorter BCH9212-CN. They are electric so I have no idea what all this talk about 'gas', 'pilot light' and 'flame' is. My 9224 failed in a way that seems quite common with Bionaire space heaters in general, namely, first the smell of burning electrical insulation, then a snap or pop accompanied by a flash of light out the lower side, and then no more heat. It is possible that the original questioner had this happen but wasn't around to witness it. Now it is possible that the failure is in the electrical control board but in my case (and in fact I'm betting for many or most of the Bionaire failures) it was a wire running to the ceramic heating block (element) that fried at the connection to the ceramic element. I would say it is very unlikely the failures of the Bionaires are in the ceramic heater blocks themselves, and in fact the 9224 and the 9212 (and I assume many or most of the other Bionaires) actually have two ceramic blocks/elements fastened together, one being used for the 750 watt heating and both for the 1500 watt heating. The central wire running to the blocks must support enough current (about 12.5 amps) for both of the blocks, whereas the wires to the individual blocks need half that (about 6.25 amps). In my 9224 unit the weak spot was clearly where the central, common wire was connected to the spade-like connector that was crimped onto the central, common tab of the ceramic block pair. At first I thought I'd just toss the thing but then I opened it up, did the autopsy and repaired it by replacing the 3 wires from the circuit board to the ceramic blocks with 14 gauge wire, and made the connection of the wires to the three soft metal (tin or tin alloy?) tabs of the ceramic blocks by carefully drilling holes in the tabs and bolting eye, crimp-type wire connectors to the tabs using small screws. Oddly enough I opened up the smaller unit (the BCH9212-CN) and it has the same ceramic element pair but no indication of burnt wires.

How many amps is this model

Like all 1500 watt appliances, 12.5. You divide the watts by the volts to get the amps (except for reactive loads like motors etc.). Why do you ask? Is it popping breakers?

How do you turn off the "power saver" so the WiFi

If you are in power saver mode, the WiFi is still available. Power saver mode is indicated by the green power light dimming and becoming bright. If there is no green power light, the printer is off and the WiFi will not work. The printer will switch to power saver mode in 10 minutes if you are in Eco-Mode. The printer use 7 watts of electrical power in ready mode and 3 watts in power saver mode.

When you open it, there is are contact points and a piece that has to touch to change the speed. It may just be slightly bent or out of place. Some food may have gotten in there.
