Question about Samsung SyncMaster 2333HD 23 in. LCD TV
I have a Samsung LE27S73Bd TV. Now when i go into the menu there is the section to scan for new channels. However if i go onto TV i can scan for channels but if i go onto DTV that section of the menu isn't accessible so i can not get into it to rescan for channels. I had just recently rescanned for channels to tune in my N64 but it has wiped my DTV channels. I've had this problem sinse before i tuned in the N64 i just never realised it would wipe all my channels. Could anyone help me out with this, I have a 'One for all' airiel which worked perfectly fine on other TVs
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I had a similar problem and the way to solve this is to reset the set from the remote. Set TV to standby and press Info, menu, mute then power. The set should turn on with the service menu available scroll down until you select reset press right hand arrow next to enter and then enter. TV will turn off. When switched on it goes into Plug and Play mode to reset the analogue and digital tuner. Allow a full reset then you should be ok.

You'll need to go into service mode and do a factory reset.
To enter service mode you'll need to press these buttons on your remote in the following order:-
Standby-info-menu-mute-standby.You'll need to do it fairly quickly and be patient it doesn't always go into it first time, don't press and hold the buttons.
The service menu should appear on the screen.Use the up /down cursor to scan down to option number 12 (factory reset)and then press the right cursor wait will appear on the screen and the set will go to standby(don't worry this is normal)
Reboot the set and retune and all should be well

I have found the solution at last :)
Put the TV in standby and press these buttons in order
Info, Menu, Mute and Power on.
You will then see a hidden menu, on line 12 select reset

You need to use the (what looks like a large sattellite) button to retune your tv.
Some Samsung tv's let you access the button but other models have a "D MENU" button on the remote. Press this button, then scroll down to the icon that looks like a large sattellite. Then scroll across and click on "Auto Store" this will then go through all the available channels
