Error code F0 means that an error with the keypad has occurred. Usually it happens due to loose ribbon cable on the keypad or the electronic control assembly itself going bad. To resolve this issue first, disconnect the power to unit and then gain access to the back of the clock assembly (Electronic Range Control/ERC). Now unplug the touch pad ribbon connector from the ERC, it would be a flat wire approx. 1 1/2" to 2" wide and make sure that the cable is not broken and nothing is shorted on the keypad. After this is done insert the cable back and then plug the unit back to check. If the error is still there then the electronic control board should be replaced. My Jenn Air has the same problem with the computer touchpad. The only temperature I can get to work is from the left hand column, 411 degrees. I don't want to waste another dime on this oven. I've read so many complaints from other owners. No more Jenn Air products for me.

If you are having error code F1 with your Jenn-Air double wall oven this is because you have a defective touch pad or clock (ERC). This simple test will help determine whether the ERC (Electronic Range Control or Clock) or the touch pad is defective when F1 error code is present.

Note: Some models incorporate the touch pad in to the ERC as a single assembly, in which case this test is not necessary. Simply replace the ERC (Clock).

Warning: If you feel in any way uncomfortable performing this test or making this repair, please contact a qualified appliance repair technician.

1. Disconnect power to the range (unplug the range power cord or turn the power off to the range at the circuit breaker). It is very important that the power to the range has been disconnected, so please double check before continuing.
2. Gain access inside the control panel.
3. Disconnect the touch pad (also called keypad or membrane switch) ribbon from the ERC.
4. Make sure there are no lose wires, or anything else that may cause a short when power is turned back on. Assemble the control panel back the way it was.
5. Turn the power back on.
6. Wait for at least one hour to see if the F1 code comes back (usually accompanied by a beeping sound).
7. If F1 comes back, replace the ERC. If it does not, replace the touch pad.

Make sure that you properly plugged in the keypad cable. There is the wide connector that brings all the keypad touches up to the display board, and there is the small 4-black wire connector that brings power to the control board.

Unless they start working again after it has a chance to dry out the touch panel will have to be replaced. This happens when excess moisture gets between the very thin layers of the membrane.

Go to, fixitnow.com for a cheap fix on these displays. It worked on my jenn air.

put on tree belt . having the same problems replaced ERC $200.00 now they are telling me touch pad touch pad is $240.00 .the stove cost $1300.00. $1740.00 how much more will i have to put in this stove

you have a touch pad issue, whats the model and serial ill look up the part for you, sometimes you can just get the key pad, sometimes comes sa a whole console or as part of the electronic control itself.

Your control panel is getting ready to quit. Mine did the same thing, I ignored it and now nothing on the touch panel works. About $150.00 for the part.

Check wiring between keypad and Electronic Range Control (ERC). You either have a loose connection or something is shorted.
