Question about Nespresso Le Cube

Open Question

Nespresso le cube leaking

Suddenly our Nespresso le Cube started making smaller brews and leaking clear water into the reservoir. On examination, the inner seal of the part that holds the pod has lost a small section at the front. We can see that water is now finding a way out this way, instead of going through the pods. Is it possible to get a new gasket/lining? If yes, what is it called and how do we get one? If no, what do we do now? Thanks for any advice.

Sounds like a gasket or seal gone or a split pipe.

If it's still under warranty - take it back for free service or replacement.

If you do have to attempt DIY, then a clear silicone sealant may save you the price of expensive gaskets.
Be very careful when taking apart - take notes or photos as it will help put it back together !
I usually put related sub-assemblies together with their screws in separate pots.

SOURCE: After descaling le Cube two flashing buttons won't stop so can't

I had the same issue. This is what a did:
Turn off the machine
Remove the tray/container and leave it outside
Turn on the machine and this time the power button should be flashing (preheating) then hold both cup buttons for 3 sec and it will be back to normal opertion....
For some reason the sensor needs to read that the tray/container is out of the machine...

Very slow water flow, barely filling tea cup

It could be a problem with an air bubble or with scale deposits.

It is recommended that you first run a descaling cycle using the proper descaling product. Do not use vinegar as it can damage your machine. Information on descaling can be found here:

Run an entire tank of water through the machine to clear out any remaning descaling solution. Once the tank is empty, you can turn off the machine, and it will exit the descaling mode automatically. Leave it off for a minute or two and then turn it back on, and it should run normally. Remember that the power light will blink while it is warming up when you first turn it on.

Where can I download the manual?

The manuals are available on the Nespresso website (www.nespresso.com). Click on the "machines" section, and then choose the le cube. Click on the details page (https://secure.nespresso.com/precom/sima/fiche__NESPRESSO_Le_Cube_D185__N_D185_1_us_en.html) and you should see the link for downloading the manual. You can also download the descaling instructions as well.
