Question about Car Audio & Video
Radio says locked code 13 bought van with radio code locked
When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect itagain, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your carradio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. Ifyou do not have this code you need to go to your vehicle manufacturer's service centre andget them to enter this code for you.

I am afraid FixYa cannot and does not provide codes to equipment or software.
I would have posted this as a clarification request to prevent you being charged for this but was unable to do so as the option is not available for premium questions.
I hope you understand that providing code may allow criminals to bypass security on software or equipment.
My only suggestion is that you deal with the manufacturer.
Sorry about that.

hi due to security reasons the only place you can get the code from is the main dealers you need to find your nearest main dealers and take your vehicle with you and some id and the owners documents, you used to be able to ring up and give them your license plate number but they no longer do this as thieves were stealing the stereos then getting the security code then selling them on to other people.
So due to this all car dealerships now wont give you the code unless you take the vehicle with you and some proof you own the vehicle.
If you have had the vehicle from new then the radio code will be written on a piece of card inside the owners handbook if you brought it second hand the the old owners may have written the code down inside the covers of the handbook if not the only way of getting this code is by taking a trip to the main dealers with proof you own the vehicle.
Im sorry their is no easy fix for your problem but due to security issues you have to take the vehicle with you to get this code
